Heat Management Design
Our engineers possess deep expertise in thermal management. Following each structural design phase, we conduct comprehensive heat simulation analyses to ensure that both underwater and above-water fishing lights meet rigorous performance standards and are fully production-ready.
Optic Management Design
A specialized optical design team focuses on creating high-performance lenses and reflectors tailored for fishing lights. We also offer customized optical solutions, working closely with customers to develop specialized optics that meet the unique requirements of their projects.
In-House Housing Production
Once product design and mold development are finalized, we perform in-house die casting for the light housings. This vertical integration enables rapid production response and significant cost efficiencies.

Aging Test
We operate a dedicated 1,000-square-meter workshop exclusively for aging tests. It features one automatic aging test line and twenty standard lines, with the capacity to test up to 2,000 lamps simultaneously—guaranteeing long-term reliability and stability.

In addition, we maintain a full suite of testing equipment to support comprehensive quality assurance, including light distribution tests, salt spray tests, optoelectronic evaluations, temperature cycling, waterproofing checks, and temperature-humidity combination tests—all performed to ensure every product performs flawlessly in real-world conditions.
